Thanks to the return of the dream team, it now appears that Two Way TV US(TWTV) is assured a very bright future.
In past years many interactive tv companies have failed and vanished into the history bin of also rans. TWTV itself was recently close to that same fate. TWTV seemed to have overwhelming financial concerns that their seemed to be no remedy for. TWTV seemed to be dying a slow and tortereous death. The company that had the most invested in TWTV, Two Way TV LTD of the UK decided that its 45% stake in TWTV may become worthless unless something was done to revive TWTV and solve it problems.
Usher in the dream team to the rescue. Bruce Bauer, the former CEO of the company before it became a subsidiary of Two Way TV LTD was brought back as CEO. Bruce Bauer was the mastermind a few years back of a settlement between it and the former TCI, that then gave the company a 12 and a half million dollar settlement with the former TCI. And now only a short time since Bruce Bauer has returned as CEO, a landmark financial agreement has been reached to once again get TWTV back on course. And the guy that made it all happen from the very begining is also back. Bob Hesse, the guy who was the underwriter that took the original company public before the takeover is back as a director of TWTV.
With the return of the TWTV dream deam of Bruce Bauer and Bob Hesse, I have to rate TWTV as a stock that the interactive tv world would be wise to pay close attention to. TWTV is involved with interactive tv games and Bruce and Bob certainly know how to play the game and win.
